  • Capturing and using data. Optimising data flow.
  • Automation with a human flavour.

Participants will be requested to engage in a real learning exercise, using their experience to address business wide issues in a case environment.

  • Human Factors >> Teamwork
  • 4 Empowerment Factors for Production

 
WORKSHOP 3
Digital Roadmap to push Lean Production to the next level  (Prof. Dr. Thomas Korne, htw saar/AKJ)

  • Not using information has been discovered as a new type of waste that needs to be addressed in a lean production system. Examples from digital transformation from large and small companies will illustrate the use and benefit of potential measures and implementation. The workshop provides a simple, structured toolbox for decision makers to recognize opportunities in their own company. Based on this proven methodology, the workshop will provide new ideas for participants to improve their lean production or even the business model of the participating company.
